Who is Cashmere Valley Mortgage?

Cashmere Valley Mortgage is a division of Cashmere Valley Bank. We proudly service all of our loans through our Wenatchee office. Simply put, we are the only mortgage company in the area to offer truly local loans. To provide the personal touch necessary to providing truly local service, we have offices in Wenatchee, Chelan, Cle Elum, Ellensburg, Brewster and Bellevue.

Meet our Originators:

	Brian Watts Brian is a senior loan originator with 18 years in the business. He resides in Wenatchee, working mainly in the Wenatchee office, though he also spends time in the Leavenworth branch. Brian enjoys spending time with his daughter, as well as taking joy rides with his wife in his ’61 corvette.
	Art Rodriguez Art has been in the business for 14 years and an originator for over six years. Art lives in East Wenatchee and works out of the Wenatchee office. Art has a passion to work with the local Hispanic community. He is involved in the Holy Apostles Catholic Church Finance Committee, as well as the NCW Hispanic Chamber of Commerce.
	Greg Peterson Greg is a senior loan originator who has been in the banking business for 18 years. Greg enjoys golfing, skiing, and fishing. His wife, Leslie, teaches 3rd grade at Sunnyslope Elementary.
	Karen Norlin Karen has over 23 years experience in the mortgage industry, with 16 years as owner of her own Mortgage Brokerage. Karen is currently a member of the Wenatchee Valley Association of Professional Mortgage Women and has served 20 years on the Wenatchee School Board.
	Kathleen Douglas Kathleen has been in the financial services industry for over 21 years. She is the Loan Originator for Kittitas County and works in our Cle Elum and Ellensburg Offices. Kathleen stays active in the community with various service projects.
	Randi Burchett Randi has been an originator with Cashmere Valley Bank for two years and in the banking industry for 11 years. Randi lives in the Chelan area and works out of our Lake Chelan office. Randi enjoys golfing & spending time with her family.
